Andrea Mitrushi
Owner/Attorney
Attorney Andrea Mitrushi was raised in the Seacoast area of New Hampshire. She received her Bachelor's degree in 2005 from the University of New Hampshire and went on to receive her Juris Doctorate from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law. She has been admitted to the New Hampshire Bar Association since 2011, the Massachusetts Bar Association since 2023, and the Maine Bar Association since 2024. Prior to opening Seacoast Law, Andrea worked as an Assistant County Attorney for the Rockingham County Attorney's Office and Strafford County Attorney's Office, prosecuting a wide variety of criminal cases on behalf of the State of New Hampshire. She went on to become the Deputy City Attorney for the City of Rochester, handling the City's criminal prosecution and other municipal matters. Over the last decade, Andrea has gathered extensive litigation and courtroom experience at the District, Superior, and State Supreme Court levels, which has significantly contributed to her success in diligently and efficiently assisting individuals with their own legal matters, and providing the best representation for her clients.

Kate Smykowski
Attorney
Kate grew up in Northwest Ohio and received her bachelor's degree from Ohio University in 2004. After graduating from OU, Kate moved to New Hampshire as part of the AmeriCorps Victim Assistance Program and worked as a victim assistance coordinator at the Strafford County Attorney's Office. When her AmeriCorps service ended, Kate attended New York Law School, graduating cum laude in 2009. Upon graduation, Kate moved back to the Seacoast area, and rejoined the Strafford County Attorney's Office as an assistant county attorney. She worked at the County Attorney's office for fourteen years prosecuting for the Domestic Violence Unit, the felony unit, and heading the Early Case Resolution Program. She joined Seacoast Law in December 2023, where she predominately handles misdemeanor prosecution for several police departments with whom the firm contracts.

Nicole
Practice Director
Nicole was born and raised in Connecticut, before relocating to the Seacoast in 2017. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Saint Anselm College. Prior to joining Seacoast Law, she worked as the Victim Advocate for the Rochester Police Department, assisting individuals through the criminal Court process. Nicole is experienced in public service and has worked closely with Attorney Mitrushi for several years, which has allowed for the development of a cohesive working relationship.
